Key Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and verify customer POs.
• Create accurate Sales Orders in ERP.
• Update SKU attributes required for BOM and material planning.
• Coordinate with Design, PPC and ERP team for missing information.
• Obtain and communicate committed dispatch dates.
• Track orders with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts and Dispatch.
• Provide timely customer order-status updates.
• Escalate delay risks and pending issues on time.
• Coordinate invoice, DRN and dispatch documentation.
• Update ERP status and close the order after dispatch.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or order management in a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target industries, OEMs and decision-makers for Rangvishwa’s products and solutions.
• Generate leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, website, digital campaigns, exhibitions, referrals, directories and other relevant avenues.
• Build and maintain an updated database of target companies and contacts.
• Plan and execute email campaigns for products, applications and solution offerings.
• Manage LinkedIn posts, website updates, product banners, brochures and marketing presentations.
• Promote membrane switches, graphic overlays, capacitive touch, printed heaters and printed-electronics solutions.
• Create segment-wise campaigns for industries such as industrial automation, electrical panels, meters, medical devices, transportation and home appliances.
• Qualify leads and share complete enquiry details with the Sales team for timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Sales to track lead status, meetings, quotations and conversion.
• Support exhibitions, customer visits, sample presentations and product-launch activities.
• Collect competitor, market and customer-application information.
• Prepare case studies, product success stories and solution-oriented marketing content.
• Track campaign performance and improve lead-generation methods regularly.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation or digital marketing.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, OEM or technical-product marketing will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant education and strong interest in B2B marketing may also be considered.
